I feel good...at least for awhile...

I have enjoyed (to a point...) the last couple of days at home. While I have truly missed Julie, I have really liked having some time alone and playing with the kittens AJ and Freeway.

Which gives me reason or at least desire to leave Da Company when I can. Maybe this is brought on more so by a customer I was at last week. He out and out lied in saying I didn't come in till 9:30 when I was in at 8:30. Then he tries to butter me up and ask for a report by indicating he loved my work.

But, as usual, I digress.

I kind of want to focus on the positive today, as that far outweighs that particular customer.

So the time alone has left me free to pursue some of the commitments I have made. I closed on one house and looked at another. Although, it looked promising, when I did a comparable analysis through a local realtor, I found an even better deal, which would produce $250 positive cash flow monthly.

I also have started to work on the church video which I think is going to be hilarious.

The only downside of the last few days is dealing with family health issues...Julie's Dad got through quadruple bypass surgery fine, my Dad and his wife seem to be recovering, but with some challenges. And I really do miss Julie.

I have slotted the first week of March for vacation to deal with my Dad. Maybe, I won't spend the whole week out there and have some time with Julie just to hang out.

I am off to Pittsburgh this afternoon. Got to get the house clean (although I did wash and wax the kitchen floor last night) for the kitty sitter to come in.

Enough for now.

Blog on!
